All of our products are made by hand in San Diego California. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, some items may take 2-3 weeks to produce.
We will send a detailed order confirmation with each purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure that all shipping information is accurate. Friday & River™ is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Friday & River™ may cancel orders at any time for any reason, due to such things as suspicion of fraud, lack of materials, or pricing discrepancies. If we decide to cancel an order your will receive a full refund credited back to your credit card or Paypal account.
International Orders: We ship via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. Friday & River is not responsible for VAT, local taxes or customs charges.
BELTS: Each belt is made to order to your specific size, therefore returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Returns
We make each of our products with the utmost care and craftsmanship just for you, and the most important thing to us is that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the item.
Returned items must be in new unused condition, with the original packaging and tags attached. Returns must be sent with tracking information, and the customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return. The customer is responsible for the package until it arrives at Friday & River.
*Due to custom sizing, belts are not eligible for return or exchange.
*Custom items, such as monogrammed items, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Warranty
All of our products are made by hand with the utmost care and attention to detail and quality, which is why we are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on all leather wallets and leather bags. This means that if your leather product needs repair due to craftsmanship or hardware issues, just send it back to us and we’ll repair it. This does not include overt abuse or misuse by the owner. Please follow the directions in the “Returns” section above for returning warranty products.
Warranty does not include candles, bracelets, jewelry, vases.
Defective Merchandise
In the case of defective merchandise, Friday & River will pay for return shipping and either fix the item, offer a refund, or issue store credit for equal value. Customers must still follow the return policy stated above. Defects due to manufacturer fault or customer misuse will be determined at the discretion of Friday & River. Once the customer receives a Return Authorization, they will be sent a shipping label for returning the merchandise.
SHIPPING
We ship all products using USPS with Delivery Confirmation. Due to the custom nature of our products, processing for in-stock items can take around 2-3 weeks, and up to 4-6 weeks for custom and international orders (international orders ship in the 2-3 week window, but may be held for several weeks in customs). Allow extra time during the holidays.
Friday & River is not responsible for return shipping on items that are being exchanged for a similar product, size, etc. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges associated with exchanges or returns for store credit.
International Orders: We ship via USPS Priority Flat Rate. Friday & River is not responsible for VAT, local taxes or customs charges. Our international packages are not trackable, therefore we cannot except responsibility for packages lost in transit.

We are constantly striving to improve our designs and deliver the highest quality product. We source our leather from leading US, European and South American tanneries. Our hardware is imported.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event, under any cause of action of theory of liability, shall Friday & River its distributors or suppliers be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of the use of or inability to use any Friday & River product, including, without limitation, property damage, loss of value of the Friday & River product or any third party products that are used in or with the Friday & River product, or loss of use of the Friday & River product or any third party products that are used in or with the Friday & River product, even if Friday & River has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Without limiting the foregoing, you understand and agree that Friday & River has no liability for any damage or destruction to consumer electronics devices or other personal property that are contained inside or outside the Friday & River products, including, without limitation, laptops, cellular phones, or other handheld devices, or any loss of data contained in the foregoing devices. Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise), the entire aggregate liability of Friday & River and any of its distributors and/or suppliers shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Friday & River product giving rise to liability. Some states and/or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. The limitations of liability set forth above shall apply to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.
