Do you share my information when I place an order?
We do not sell or share your information with anyone else. This information is strictly for transaction purposes between you and Friday & River.

I just ordered an item, how long until it ships?
Due to the custom nature of our products, processing for in-stock items can take up to 2 weeks to ship from F&R. Allow extra time during the holidays.
Warranty
What is your warranty policy?
All of our products are made by hand with the utmost care and attention to detail and quality, which is why we are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on all leather products. This means that if your leather product needs repair due to craftsmanship or hardware issues, just send it back to us and we’ll repair it. This does not include overt abuse or misuse by the owner. Please follow the directions here for returning warranty products.
