Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

We ship all products using USPS Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation. Due to the custom nature of our products, processing for in-stock items can take around 2-3 weeks, and up to 4-6 weeks for custom and international orders (international orders ship in the 2-3 week window, but may be held for several weeks in customs). Allow extra time during the holidays.

The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges such as fees on rejected packages and custom fees. Friday & River™ is not responsible for return shipping on items that are being exchanged for a similar product, size, etc. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges associated with exchanges or returns for store credit.

International Orders: We ship via USPS Express Mail. This allows us to both track and insure your order. Friday & River is not responsible for VAT, local taxes or customs charges.

RETURNS

Friday & River™ will happily accept returns in exchange for store credit or products of equal value. Due to the custom and limited nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

All items must be returned to Friday & River™ within 10 days of purchase, and must have a Return Authorization code provided by Friday & River™. Returned items must be in new unused condition, with the original packaging and tags attached. Returns must include the description of the item, cost, name and address, reason for return and purchase date. Once a Return Authorization number is issued, customer must include a copy of the original order receipt when returning the item. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return, including return shipping and shipping from Friday & River™ of the exchanged items. If all conditions are met, the customer’s account will be credited. If all of the criteria is not met, items will be shipped back to the customer.

MATERIALS

We are constantly striving to improve our designs and deliver the highest quality product. This means that on any given item we may chose to replace materials or update construction, which could mean that the item you receive is slightly different from the picture you see on the site.

Defective Merchandise
In the case of defective merchandise, Friday & River™ will pay for return shipping and either fix the item, offer a refund, or issue store credit for equal value. Customers must still follow the return policy stated above. Defects due to manufacturer fault or customer misuse will be determined at the discretion of Friday & River™. Once the customer receives a Return Authorization, they will be sent a shipping label for returning the merchandise.
